Constituent Services Response To Families

 A family member of an incarcerated individual has tried multiple times (over a time period of almost two months) to get answers regarding several issues regarding the incarcerated individual. Facility staff don’t return calls, constituent services don’t return calls, the IRR has not been addressed. Today the family member sent a lengthy email to constituent services regarding these issues and this is the email she received back. What is the state paying these employees to do?
